How to Redeem Vouchers
Learn how to redeem your vouchers at any of our partner vendors
Before you begin
Make sure you have your voucher ready in your account and that you're at a participating vendor location.

Open Your Voucher
Log into your account and navigate to 'My Vouchers' section. Find and select the voucher you wish to redeem.

Present the Voucher QR Code
Show the voucher's QR code to the vendor's staff. They will scan this using their system.

Vendor Verification
The vendor will verify the voucher's validity and value through their system.

Confirmation
Once scanned, you'll receive a confirmation notification on your device, and the voucher status will update to 'Redeemed'.
Important Note
Vouchers can only be redeemed once and cannot be reversed after redemption. Make sure you're ready to complete your transaction before presenting your voucher.

Ensure your screen brightness is high and there's no glare or cracks on your screen.
